Yarn spinning machine, Yarn forming principle
1 The principle of ring spinning yarn
Ring spinning is a spinning method in which drafting, twisting and winding are carried out simultaneously. The roving is drafted to the required yarn count in the drafting system, and then processed by steel ring and traveler. Twisting and winding form a yarn, which is held at one end and twisted at one end, which belongs to non-free end spinning. Due to the drafting effect, the strands in the main drafting area have a certain width and enter the front roller nip in a free state. When these fibers leave the front nip line, they are twisted together, thus forming a spinning yarn Twisted Triangle. The spinning twisting triangular area prevents the edge fibers from entering the yarn body completely, and some edge fibers break away from the main body to form fly, and most edge fibers are twisted into the yarn body at one end, while the other end forms hairiness.
2 Principle of rotor spinning yarn
Rotor spinning is to feed the cotton sliver directly into the spinning device through the cotton roller, and card it into a single fiber shape through the carding roller. The surface of the comb roller enters the rotor through the cotton conveying pipe, and forms a complete fiber ring in the condensation groove. The fiber ring rotates with the rotor at high speed. Beamed into yarn. Rotor spinning is twisted into yarn through high-speed rotation of the rotor in a free state, so it belongs to open-end spinning.
JGR231 Cotton Yarn Spinning Machine is a new type of spinning equipment with advanced positioning and fast speed among the similar models in China at present. Its suitable spinning range is wide, the main raw materials are: pure cotton, viscose, wool, hemp, spun silk, cotton-type chemical fiber, recycled cotton, staple wool and its blending, etc. The spinning range is 5S ~ 36 S...
3 Principle of air-jet vortex spinning
After the sliver is drawn into sliver by four rollers with high power, it is output by the front roller and enters the nozzle, and moves at a high speed along the spiral surface at the entrance. On the cone surface of the outer wall of the tube, with the output of the sliver, the sliver is twisted into yarn under the action of compressed air, and then output by the hollow tube, and then wound into a bobbin. The vortex spinning yarn is composed of parallel (core) component and (outer) helical wrapping, and the helical wrapping achieves high speed and true twist. This spinning method belongs to non-free end spinning.
