1. The machine is equipped with a variety of spindle components of different specifications, including straight and conical spindles. Straight and tapered spindles refer to the inner hole of the outer wire. Generally speaking, straight spindles are mainly suitable for users to produce double-package yarns due to the simple control of winding and twisting direction, while conical spindles are used for dismantling bobbins. It is more convenient, the bobbin and the spindle are well combined, and it is mostly used for the production of single-package yarns.

2. The frame is welded as a whole, and the wall panel of the frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet, which is processed by imported CNC laser cutting machine at one time, with smooth surface and high strength.

3. This machine is equipped with a special wire separation device for rubber latex yarn. The device is installed on the left and right sides of the tail of the equipment. Through the front and rear rollers and the special wire separator, it can ensure the synchronous and smooth separation of the rubber band, which is suitable for feeding. Parts are in normal production.

4. The machine is equipped with a digital display controller at the head of the car, which mainly monitors the speed of the upper and lower spindles of the equipment, the speed of the take-up roller and the feed roller. The interior adopts domestic advanced electrical components, adopts star-delta delay conversion to start, and has a motor motor air circuit breaker and an overheat protector, which double protects the motor, effectively cuts off the power supply in case of overcurrent, and protects human-machine safety. At the same time, it is equipped with a delayed shutdown function of the lower layer, which can basically ensure the synchronous shutdown of the upper and lower layers, and avoid annoying silk thread summary during shutdown.

The drafting part of the machine is a double-roller structure, and the single gram weight of the pressure roller is 850g, which ensures uniform twist and fully meets your needs for processing different numbers of elastic threads. At the same time, a lateral micro-movement device is installed at the lower part of the roller, which can greatly relieve the groove caused by the long-term contact between the pinch roller and the yarn, ensure the quality of the yarn, and improve the service life of the pinch roller.

6. At the lower end of the machine, there is a special elastic wire feeding device to ensure that each elastic wire is fed smoothly.

7. Two motors are used in the front part to drive the upper and lower spindles respectively, so that the S and Z twist conversion can be quickly realized respectively. Especially when processing double bales, the spindles can be adjusted by replacing the pulley (or frequency conversion). Rotation speed to ensure the inner and outer yarn torsion balance. The upper motor of the machine is equipped with frequency conversion function.
