HKV 141H Double-Covering Yarn Covering Machine is used to produce MX and MH typemetallic yarn. It adopts the purl as the core yarn. Product Features

1. In order to process MX and MH type yarns in a targeted manner, the spindle parts have two specifications, straight and conical, for users to choose.

2. The frame of this machine is welded steel plate, which is stable and firm. There are 32 spindles in each section. The spindles are arranged in a straight line. line, easy to adjust and easy to operate.

3. The machine is equipped with an integrally welded oil-bath forming box, which is processed in a high-precision machining center at one time. Due to the use of a sealed oil bath, it is durable and has few failures.

4. Select domestic well-known electrical components, the motor adopts star-delta delay start, and has a motor motor air circuit breaker and an overheat protector, which double protects the motor when it is over-current, effectively cutting off the power supply and protecting human-machine safety. At the same time, it is equipped with the lower-level delay stop function, which can ensure that the upper and lower spindles stop synchronously, and avoid the annoying thread summary during shutdown.

5. This machine is suitable for covering a variety of different specifications of metallic yarn flat yarns and yarns. 6. For the drafting part, you can choose the pressing wheel method that suits your operation requirements and yarn processing needs according to your needs. 8. At the lower end of the machine, there are active filigree feeding devices and passive filigree feeding devices. According to the needs of different raw materials and processes, users can choose a mechanism at will to meet the production requirements.

The front part adopts two motors to drive the upper and lower spindles respectively, so that the S and Z twist conversion can be quickly realized respectively, especially when processing double-package MX, it can be adjusted by replacing the pulley (or frequency conversion). Spindle rotation speed, and at the same time to ensure the balance of the inner and outer outer casing yarn torsion.
