Jinggong Science and Technology 12K/24K/48K Carbon Fiber Production Line, The carbon fiber production line is used to produce high quality carbon fiber with PAN-Based precursor. Single line can reach an annual production output of 2700T with running speed up to 17 m/min. With different precursors, the carbon fiber can reach to T400, T700, T800 and even T1000 grade.
Carbon fiber line
The carbon fiber production line can produce high quality carbon fiber with PAN-Based precursor. We started the research & development, manufacturing and sales of thermal equipment in 2006, and completed the first kiloton-level high-performance carbon fiber production line in 2016. Till now, we has successfully delivered 22 carbon fiber production lines to China and Korea (Hyosung), single line has reached an annual production capacity of 2700T with running speed up to 17 m/min. With different precursors, the carbon fiber can reach to T400, T700, T800 and even T1000 grade....
Jinggong Science and Technology has a precision manufacturing company that has internationally advanced CNC machining centers, with CNC laser cutting and welding production lines, and CNC sheet metal production lines, among other things. In addition to the 2,500-ton carbon fiber production line, JGST is also launching a customized production line according to market demand. The 1 m wide 1K/3K/6K small tow carbon fiber production line construction is even more high-end.
The project delivered by Jinggong Science and Technology, Shaoxing, Zhejiang/China, in 2020 is the 25K/50K large tow carbon fiber production line launched by the company. The operating speed of the production line is 16 m/min, and the annual output of carbon fiber is 2,500 tons. Except for the winding machine, the whole line is designed, manufactured, installed and debugged independently by JGST, including the yarn creel, original yarn manipulator, humidification system, etc.
