Main process parameters of texturing machine
Briefly introduce the main process parameters of the texturing machine, namely stretching multiple, texturing speed, deformation temperature, false twist tension, winding tension, etc.
1: The draw ratio refers to the low strength, elongation, and unstable macromolecular structure of POY silk without elastication, and it is not suitable for direct weaving. After being stretched by a certain stretch ratio of the texturing machine, the strength of the POY yarn is enhanced, the elongation is shortened, and the fiber structure is stable, which meets the requirements of the subsequent textile and apparel. This is the stretch ratio.
2: The acceleration speed generally refers to the linear speed of the second roller in the several rollers of the texturing machine as the benchmark, commonly known as the acceleration speed, referred to as the “vehicle speed” unit of measurement m/min.
3: Deformation temperature If POY yarn is hard-drawn at low temperature, the surface of the monofilament is prone to fluff or breakage. The deformation temperature is to achieve thermal stretching of the POY yarn under a certain temperature condition set by the texturing machine, so that the POY is fully stretched and deformed, and the fiber is not hairy.
4: False twist tension, also known as deformation tension, refers to the tension value (T1) before the POY yarn enters the false twister along the silk path, and the tension value (T2) before the false twister to the second roller. Known as false twist tension, it is especially important for the quality of DTY.
5: Winding tension control The winding tension of DTY yarn has a great influence on the post-processing. The greater the winding tension, the smaller the diameter of the DTY silk cake and the higher the hardness of the DTY silk cake. On the contrary, the smaller the winding tension is, the larger the diameter of the DTY silk cake is, and the smaller the hardness of the DTY silk cake is.
