In the actual production process, because the structure of the texturing machine equipment has been determined, some parameters become unadjustable, such as the length of the hot box and the cooling plate, which varies with different texturing machine models. Some parameters can be adjusted according to the process parameters of the texturing machine, some parameters can be adjusted directly, and some parameters can only be adjusted indirectly.

The process parameters that can be adjusted in actual operation are: texturing machine processing speed, texturing deformation temperature, stretching ratio, D/Y ratio, number and spacing of friction discs, material selection of friction discs, etc. The false-twist tension becomes a first-level process condition affected by the process conditions, which has a great influence on the stability of the entire twisting process and the properties of the finished product.

After receiving the POY from the original silk factory, the craftsman should first figure out the specifications of the POY and the specifications and physical indicators of the finished DTY yarn, and then formulate the corresponding process conditions. That is to say, it is necessary to carry out a full set of tests on the physical indicators of the original silk factory, and to confirm the DTY specifications and styles required by customers in detail.
