What is Texturing Machine?

Texturing Machine (Air Texturing Machine, Draw Texturing Machine) mainly processes POY raw yarn (polyester pre-oriented yarn) into false-twist textured yarn (DTY polyester elastic yarn) with low elastic properties by stretching and false-twisting texturing. Different varieties of network yarn can be processed. 
DTY network filament: Network filament refers to the filament in which the filaments are entangled with each other and form periodic network points through the action of jet air flow in the network nozzle.
Network processing is mostly used for the processing of POY, FDY and DTY.
The low-elasticity network yarn produced by the combination of network technology and DTY technology not only has the bulkiness and good elasticity of textured yarn, but also has many periodicity and network points, which improves the filament yarn. The tightness of the loom saves several steps in textile processing and improves the ability of the tow to pass through the water jet loom.
The main uses of DTY are weaving, circular knitting, air jet, water jet, rapier loom, wool and cashmere weaving. And spandex to form spandex covered yarn for hosiery, weaving, reinforcement, seamless underwear, sportswear, clothing fabrics, webbing, gloves, lace, velvet, etc.

Air Texturing Machine, Air Jet Texturing Machine

Air-jet texturing is used with a single type of yarn or with a blend of filament yarns. In the latter case fancy yarn mixtures are obtained. This method of texturing is carried out by feeding a wet yarn or a dry yarn plus a small amount of water into a high-speed jet of air. Yarns textured in such a process contain a large number of very fine filaments, however, increasing the probability of entanglement.

Draw Texturing Machine

Fibres can be drawn either as an integral part of the spinning operation or in a separate step. Fibres such as nylon and polypropylene can be drawn without applying external heat (or at a temperature no greater than about 70 °C [160 °F])—a process referred to as cold drawing. Other fibres, such as polyester, that are spun at extremely high rates yield what is known as partially oriented yarns (POY)—i.e., filaments that are partially drawn and partially crystallized and that can be drawn at a later time during textile operations.

False Twist Texturing Machine

False twist texturing machine mainly processing POY yarn into false-twist DTY draw textured yarn.
False twist texturing machine for the texturing of synthetic threads in one handling position at a time, in which a heating device and a false twist unit are disposed within a false twist zone. In an after-treatment zone are disposed a second heating device and a counter-twist apparatus.
